Tips for healthier skin
1. Protect from the sun
- Avoid sun rays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Wear protective clothing when going outside
- Use sunscreen with spf 15 or more. Apply 20 minutes before going outside and every 2 hours.
2. Don’t smoke - skin wrinkles tend increases with smoking.
3. Wash skin
- Use warm water not too hot and not too long to keep in the oil.
- Avoid strong soaps - can strip oil from skin making it dry
- Avoid irritating additives - perfumes or dye
- Remove eye makeup carefully
- Pat dry and use skin oil or cream.

- Clean razor
- Shave in direction of hair growth
